Anyone have any homeopathic ideas for passing a stone? Better yet, any good urologists in CDA?

I am assuming you have already seen a doctor as you state it is a kidney stone. If you have seen a doctor, I am assumung that they also tried to visualize it by x-ray. If it couldn’t be seen then it is a small stone (most likely case) and will pass naturaly. Drink lots of fluids! Hope that it passes a couple of days before the race at the latest, as you are not likely to get good night sleep until it does. If you haven’t seen a doctor get thee to one immediately and get some real information. Go easy with the vicodan. I would suspect that even after only a couple of days with that stuff, your IM could feel much harder ache-wise during your race.
Last saw the doctor in March when I passed a 5mm stone. This one is 5mm as well. I have a good supply of oxycod and hydrocodone, but i dont want to damage my kidney if i can help it. Just did an hour run and im pissing up a red storm. Maybe its on the move.
