Wow, just found out that Keys filed for bankruptcy. They are no longer honoring their warranties, even the extra-cost lifetime warranties! My motor went out, so I called and was told of the bankruptcy. Treadmill Doctor has purchased Keys inventory and are offering replacement parts, but they don’t have my motor. They said they could have it rebuilt for $250!!!
I guess the timing is good however, going into Spring I’ll not need the treadmill as much.
By the way, I’d stay away from buying a Keys product…
Yes, Keys is essentially out of business.
