Hong Kong and Kowloon are very cool places to live and visit. Fortunately I’ve never been there for a monsoon, though.
What’s with RR spray painting the bikes ? It’s not cool and looks like crap. But that’s my opinion. I’m sure they’re setting a new trend in cycling that I’ll be the last to pick up on.
