Very true, this is why some people stayed I am sure. My GF used to work for American Humane (not HSUS) and they have sent their disaster truck down too.

Thanks for that link. I’m not advocating any one organization over another. Any legitimate disaster relief fund for the animals is A-OK in my book.

Thanks for posting this. A lot of times during a crisis like this people forget that there are more victims than just the humans.
