Ha, ha. Yeah, that was at the end of the run after I’d put forth a monumental effort running at top speed for 5 miles. Of course for me, that’s not very fast, but I was more tired at the end of this race than i’ve been for any race because I put out the most effort in the run. Good times, and hey, how 'bout that meal at the end? Not bad!
