…my wife has our little baby boy! About a week and a half early but healthy nonetheless.

Should make for the last 3 weeks of training/tapering for IMoo pretty darn interesting!
Now, if we could just agree on a name…

Congrats. First few weeks with the baby are actually pretty mellow. They sleep most of the day and night just about anywhere. It starts getting tougher after when begin to “wake up”…so you should be able to hang on until IMWI
Thanks…this is our second. The first just turned 2 last weekend so I know how nice it is for the first few weeks or so until they become mobile. THen the real fun begins!
Congrats Kristoph!!! That’s awesome!!
No worries about IMOO, you’ve done the work, you’re ready. Just enjoy it now.
Good luck!
Dan
Congrats, Bax. Now you have another huge thing to think about while you’re racing!!
If you’re going to be up for the Quad run, I’ll buy you a beer. You have a lot going on at that time, so I’m not expecting to see you…
Dan
Dan,
Thanks. I plan on showing up for the run, but not sure how competitive I’ll be! I was actually pretty happy with my bike as I had been on a huge week that week and was actually pretty tired for the whole ride!
I had hoped to stick around to put some names to the faces but had to get going as soon as I was done. I will be looking for that beer after the quad run!

Dan,
How’d your run go? I showed up, but the legs didn’t, imagine that after IMWI 6 days before. Wasn’t expecting much but felt pretty good by Friday. Ran first two miles in 6:30 pace which I was happy with considering. Going up the first hill coming back though I didn’t have anything left for the legs and stumbled home in 35 something. Now it’s time to rest for the year (until the ski, that is.)
