Can someone offer some advice of the best strategy for training, or directing me to some resources?
Thank you so much.

consistency
.
Frequency and consistency of workouts.
In other words: don’t try to put together huge weeks that you will be unable to recover from, and then lose a bunch of training time. Figure out what you can handle day after day after week after week and so on. Key workouts for certain distances might be long run or ride; or vo2 max; etc… figure out what those are… be fresh for them (first workout of the day)… other sessions are easy, getting in miles.
Oh, don’t get hurt or sick, that helps.
Stay single… or, if you’re already hitched, practice BC. Failing at either of those will severely impact your training.
Ease into the high heels, shave constantly and try to keep use makeup as sparingly as possible.
Oh wait, did you mean ‘training,’ not ‘traning?’

BRILLIANT!!!
train as much as you can without getting sick or hurt and never ever stop.
unless you are biking 200+ miles per week, bike every mile fast, make it hurt. seriously, stop whining, GO GO GO
get a coach to work on your swimming 1 on 1 unless you have a strong swimming background already. theres tons of free time there, working out with bad form is like…analogies fail me here but its a waste of time. =)

Do not do an ironman first year. Nearly burned me out. I had no idea how to manage the training, balance my life, eat correct, rest right. Build slow and consistent as mentioned and you will be a stud in no time.
