Junior Gearing and 110 BCD 44T outer

I’m trying to set up a couple of junior bikes that need to be geared to not roll out more than 26 feet (USAC). Anyway, it looks like a 44/12 combo would work. I have a compact crank (110BCD) but need a 44T outer ring. So 2 questions,

  1. Do you have one or two and if so, how much
  2. Do you have any experience and can recommend a product (cheaper is better)?
