Joule 2 Altitude

Has anybody experienced a loss of Altitude data with the Joule 2 specially at low or sea level altitudes ?
It would appear as if the Joule 2 cannot store negative altitude data as there is no calibration factor …

You’re correct. The folks at Saris/CycleOps are already working on a fix and there will hopefully be a stable release firmware upgrade in June.

How do you import a file into WKO with altitude? It doesn’t seem to show up in the CSV. Thanks.

You need to export it as a “CycleOps Extended Data (.csv)” file.

Great, Thanks.
Just somethings to consider, Please make an option for at least a default Altitude, so that each session would start at that value, makes things a whole lot eaiser !
Secondly, would also be nice to have an option the PA to adjust the baseline altitude once downloaded.

Thanks

my WKO can’t open a CycleOps Extended Data file

Then WKO has yet to update their software to take the new standard from Joule. So it’s WKO in this case that you’re gonna be waiting on.

I’ve got a whole laundry list of complaints about WKO, it amazes me so many basic issues haven’t been taken care of

thanks for the help btw
