They are the nicest wheels that I have ever ridden…that includes J Disc…HED 3D and the tri spoke front…Corimas…and even your 909 set up with a 404 front wheel…these wheels are comfortable and VERY fast…I am racing on them next Saturday and did a hard 50 miles on them today …with Zipp tubulars…these wheels BEG to go fast!..good job…
My new 999s are sitting staring at me, waiting to be glued so I can ride them. They look really fast in front of the TV. I can’t wait to try them out. That 808 front is freaky-cool looking.

Josh’s personal recommendation of the 808 with his assurance that they weren’t too much of a handful in the wind prodded me to try the 808. I didn’t sell my old wheel until I raced the 808, though. He was right about the wind…much less steering input than my old front wheel, a trispoke. Very nice wheel!
