Competition Zone is growing and requires quality coaches to take the next step in the triathlon and endurance coaching marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong coaching background including the relevant certifications and experience both as a coach and an athlete. They may currently be coaching online, and will be expected to maintain a roster of one on one clients as well as actively seek new clients and develop new business initiatives all under the Competition Zone umbrella. Although relocating to Victoria BC is not necessary on a full time basis, Competition Zone’s High Performance training squad is growing and associate coaches will have the opportunity to work with and learn from some of the Canada’s top international athletes in a high performance environment.
