Jetlag grrr

i flew back from tokyo on tuesday in LA. I landed at 11 am (3 am tokyo time). I stayed up till 10 pm tuesday trying to get back on a normal schedule, went to sleep, woke up at 4 am wide awake. I then forced myself back to sleep and woke back up at 7 watched the TdF for 2.5 hours then went back to sleep, ended waking up at 3 pm, (7am tokyo time).

I stayed up until 1145 last night and its now 345am and I am wide awake. i have about 45 mins for the TdF to start so i guess I have that to look forward to. It normally takes me a week or so to adjust back to normal, what about you guys, any secrets?
