I’m not doing nearly as many builds as I once was and would like to liquidate some cables and housing before electronic shifting (and braking) makes them obsolete.
What you see is Jagwire cables and housing suitable for road builds.
shifting cable = 1.2 mm x 1700 mm
brake cable = 1.5 mm x 1700 mm
shift housing = 4 mm- teflon lined
brake housing = 5 mm- teflon lined
All I have is the gray pictured.
Each foot of housing is $1 and each cable is $1. Unless your order is fairly large, I can fit everything you need in a Priority Mail flat rate envelope= $6. I am also happy to include ferrules, cable ends and cable silencers (please ask if you need them).
Let me know if I’m missing anything or if you have any questions!

Are the cables galvanized or stainless steel?
Hi there-
The cables are galvanized.
there is still some housing and lots of cables left
.
still some available- PM me if interested
.
Do you have any of he brake cable with the disc shaped lead and not the tear drop? I forget what the hell those tips are called, but the kind that fits into tt levers, not road levers. Thanks…
sorry, not exactly sure what you mean

Would you recommend the cables for internal routing?
I might need a single brake cable and a single derailleur cable. I had one of each unravel on me when building my bike, so the housing is fine. Is there really a difference between shifter cables for TT vs. road levers as mentioned above? That was my first build…actually a component swap…so I just used the installed Jagwire housings already on the bike. Is 1700mm . long enough for a rear derailleur run on a 58cm TT bike? Assuming it is, but my bike isn’t in front of me and I can’t measure now. How much for the two cables shipped? Surely a Priority Mail envelope is cheaper than $6 right? Thanks.
The same kind of cable is used for both TT and road levers. A 1700mm cable will be plenty long for your project. The $6 is maybe 30 cents more than it costs me to send a priority mail flat rate envelope with delivery confirmation. I’d be happy to send one of each cable by first class mail; should cost less than $2.
Do you still have 6 shift (1.2mm) and brake cables each? And would you be able to do a $2 first class shipping for an order that size? I was wondering how we would set up a secure transaction as well. Thanks!
