I thought maybe he was a staple for Keeping Austin Weird. Gave me a good laugh (saw the naked old man twice on the trail and on the 1st Street bridge).
I think he must be. He’s known around here; I mentioned him to a couple other people and they all said “oh yeah…that guy.” So apparently that’s his thing. I dunno, I’m relatively new in town.
