Two things:
-If there is an aero benefit then it probably doesn’t outweight the loss in braking power. Unless you have some seriously strong thumbs.
-It seems to me that it will dirty the air traveling into the base bar and increase drag there.
If you are that concerned about brake drag then look at the vision levers, they SLICE.

I don’t see a baseball…also how do you make something in line with a spherical object?
