And here I thought you were going to announce you actually cleaned up your bike ![]()
I do not know if you realize that I was racked with you at rockman, I was standing there with you when you realized you had a flat that morning. Great race by the way.
I run on my “lunch” nearly every day. My job is such that we don’t really have defined lunch breaks, but I run/swim during the mid-day just about every day. If that’s a sign of having no life, then, well, I think I’ll be ok.
hahaha clean it?!?!?!
i have been meaning to do that for a fe weeks now, keep thinking about it, but never making it that far.
you dork ![]()
although, i’ve done run and or bike workouts friday nights sometimes here, let me tell you the gym is pretty empty at 10pm friday night lol…
Nah, you have just come to a realization that you need to run more and there are only so many hours in a day. I’ve done runs for lunch, morning, even 3 times/day for a long time. You will be stronger for it!
bro, don’t rush it after rockman. I don’t want you getting injured.
my legs are actually feeling amazingly well, had my best long run of the year two nights ago
.
I run on my lunch break only when I have no option the rest of the day. I’m on a timed hour break and work in a very non-runner friendly area, so it’s tough to get a very quality run in, but once in a while it’s my only choice. The other bad thing is that I never have time to eat lunch when I’m done, so I only get to take in food on my 15 min. break later in the day, not good for recovery at all.
