The easiest thing to do is to have a friend in the appropriate country buy the song for you, burn it to a CD, re-rip it to mp3 and then e-mail it to you. I don’t know if manonfire knows a hack, but Apple’s hand are kind of tied because of the various legalities and contracts with the record companies…
