ITU Worlds were great

Well, made it to and back from ITU worlds with the family. We had a great time. My 6 family members competed in the
Aquathlon Worlds. Was very proud of them. I also did the Oly distance, and met my goal of not walking the race.
Weather was amazing. People were super friendly. Host hotel as usual was great to stay in and talk with all the great TeamUSA
members. Had fun sending up live hotel room video for 24 hour hours a day for a solid week. Not one glitch.

wheres the photos from the W25-29 division?

My wife is 53, oldest daughter is 26, and I am 52
.

Very cool. Glad you had a good time.

That looks like a hospital bracelet on your right wrist. You know you’re about to go hard when they tag you before the race.

Great job! Did you get to see the sights? I’ve heard some amazing things about the area

Here is some photo’s from the PRO ranks.

Had 2 green bracelets on. One for the team hotel, one for the race.

I ended up spending my time helping others with all the computers I brought. I always enjoy meeting the great folks on the TeamUSA.

Family got to a zoo. (With my back issue, I did not want to limp around). I guess they got to scratch kangaroos, hold a kola, etc.
Oh well, I will be able to watch the video.

I just need to recover from the nasty cold I brought home with me. :o(

Coming back from overseas with a cold??? It’s Swine Flu! You should be banished to a H1N1 leper colony.

Just kidding, hope you feel better!

Yep, first thing one thinks about today!! Luckily, just the nose.
