A while back someone had posted the ITU LC Schedule for 2006… does anyone know where I can find it??? I couldnt find it on the ITU site.

LC is Long Circuit?

I am not sure it is finalized yet.
The ITU website (www.triathlon.org ) in multisport - long distance says that the circuit will be announced shortly.

If you are actually talking of the LD circuit, I can tell you it will probably have three races (Sater, Frederica and other). Long Distance European Championship will be in Almere I think it’s schedule for the 26th of Agost with the ITU distance - 4/120/30 - and the Worlds will be held in Australia sometime in November.

I just was trying to find this the other day. Canberra will be worlds Nov 17/18 I believe. They have a ocuple others on the website (I thought I was at ITU long distance site- via a yahoo search) but said a schedule was forthcoming. Preferred distance was 4/120/30 though some would be doubles (3/80/20). Thats all I could find.

unfortunately my stay in europe doesnt extend that far… Next international stop for me is Sydney australia and then canberra.

but i had a really shitty race, so i was hoping that i could qualify this summer and possibly make the 06 race. so it’s nov 19, 2006?

Canberra World Long Course is same day as World 70.3 in Florida. Let the war begin, after all it’s more important to have the generals survive than the soldiers

Actually they are a week apart. 70.3 is the previous weekend. Not that it matters much from a practical standpoint because most people can’t afford two trips even if they were inclined to do a Half-IM and then a ITU LC race a week later.

It won´t be Säter. They´re only staging a Swedish sprintrace next summer
