THANK YOU! Why do people keep saying “ooh, lookie, it was a runners race and the big bad bikers lost!” No they didn’t. The TRIATHLETEs won. Cam had the best game in all three on that day. The win goes to the best triathlete, not the fastest runner. It just happened that the fastest runner was the best triathlete.

I’d say that Jo Lawn’s win suggests otherwise on the women’s side. She outbiked both Lisa Bentley and Karen Ballance and WON. Yes, Mike P. was right…the best TRIATHLETE won. And such a nice gal too.
What a blast last night at the Award Banquet. Gotta love it when the title sponsor is a BEER COMPANY. And, the after party–got to meet Molina, one of my long-time heroes. I’ll be back here every year.
