OK so I’ve been “away” from the slowtwitch family for a month now, things are just starting to get back to some kind of a routine - as you can see from the subject, my wife gave birth to a baby girl in April!
Thought I’ll share our joy with all you guys, now I need to get used to less sleep and a diff. training regime!

Congratulations on the birth of your daughter! 
Congrats to you on the birth of your baby girl. Enjoy it!!! I have 4 girls and I will say they truly are daddys little girls. Girls really look out for there daddys. They are just now getting to the age that they want to go and run with me so I try to include them as often as possible. You will probably slow down a little but it is worth it. As I am writing this two of them are doing my hair. Never thought I would look good in clips. Ha Ha… Enjoy and Congrats again.

I don’t know if they warned you at the hospital or not, but the harsh reality is that you new daughter is very likely to become a teenager in the next 16 years or less.
No one warned me, and I have learned the hard way.
