Clearly Dallas is having a mild summer because of global warming.
If it was extra hot in Dallas this summer it would be from global warming. If it was really cold in Dallas this summer that would be a side effect of global warming.
But, as you say, it’s been mild so clearly the planet is getting hotter.
And don’t confuse weather with climate (unless the weather is a sign of global warming).
You joke but I haven’t broken a sweat today. This is fucked up. I bet everyone is wrong about the weather. I don’t see how this can turn out well for anyone.
Looks like it was 104 last Friday in Dallas. And a pretty average summer for the rest of the days. But yes, It has been cooler the past one or two days.

Eff yeah! I took the dog for a hike yesterday for the first time in a while (she’s rather heat intolerant) and my trail 10K run turned into a 15K run. The increase in run length was at least partially due to the suicidal armed guy on the Pilot Knoll Trail that made me go the long way back to my truck, though (WTF?)
I hope it’s like this for Blazin’ Saddles on Saturday, although weather.com says high of 95

The police were looking for him and asked me if I had had seen him: Asian guy with long sleeve gray shirt. They advised me to seek an alternate route so I had to go down 2499 to the other part of the trail and go an extra 3-ish miles. I can’t find anything on the news today so I guess he didn’t off himself.
