I have a hydrotail… it’s not too old, it’s the carbon version and it has all of the bolts for cages, and to mount it to the seat. $45 shipped.
I have a profile cobra base bar 44cm (it’s got some scratches on both sides). This is set up pretty aggressively with some aluminum t2s underneath the bar (as opposed to above). It comes with an 80mm adjustable stem and profile carbon brake levers (no shifters). $175.
