IT nutritionissue

Considering the recent chatter here concerning nutrition, training and health (longevity). I wonder if anyone else noticed that the diet of the athletes in the recent Inside Tri was really, well, pretty darn normal (with maybe the exception of Desiree Ficker’s gluten problem and Hunter Kemper’s 3egg omelet, actually I’ll have that after a race occaisionally at Cracker Barrel, I hate all that down-home gingham crap tho :wink:

Made me wonder what’re some typical diets among STers.
I start:
Breakfast: coffee, juice, oatmeal, half bagel with cream cheese.
Lunch: Roast beef on whole wheat, chips, diet soda;
Snack: snickers bar
Dinner: Chicken/fish/steak/potatoes/rice/pasta with a couple of adult beverages.
guilty treat: muffin w/peanut butter instead of bagel.
