Issue with Hub on Zipp 1080 front

Hello,

I just received a pair of zipp 1080. But there is noise with front wheel.

I have disassembled the hub and I noticed there is a red piece near one bearing but not for the second bearing.

Could someone tell me if I need one red piece or if two are needed.

Thank you for the response. I didn’t find this picture.

So, they have forgotten one piece at factory :-((((

I hope I can have this piece without buying the complete hub.

First choice would be to speak with whomever you bought it from. If it was a dealer, then they should be able to get the part without a problem. If you got it through some other means, then call tech support; they should be able to get you a replacement. But you are always better off to go through the place you bought it first.
