Isaac bikes?

Anyone have one? I was in my LBS yesterday with my P2k and saw this Joule frame and fell in love. I didn’t even ask how much it is since it is not an option for me, but wow I thought it was a beautiful frame. That flat black carbon fiber is so beautiful. What does a frame go for, just curious in case I come into some money someday?

who in colorado has these? being the geek I am… would love to just see & touch one…

I saw it at Big Ring Cycles in Golden. It truly is a work of art and while I was waiting I just kept finding myself standing in front of it again. It just pulls you I guess:)

Isaac Joules are not entirely uncommon here in the uk. Frame, fork, seat extension, headset run at about £1599. They are quite cute.

I almost bought this frame bike in Rich Ducar’s shop in Glen Ellyn IL last month. It looked great, but I need a bigger headtube than what the Joule had. He may still have it in the shop. Not as expensive as you might think.

Apparently Isaac was a separate entity from Principia, and not affected by the bankruptcy.

If you like the Isaac, you’ll love the Kuota Kaliber.

As of this morning, the Bike Shop in Glen Ellyn (Rich Ducar) still has the Isaac. He built it with Campy Record groupo and Ksyirium wheels. It looks very fast! It is a relatively small frame and my guess is that he may keep it himself unless someone shows up with a credit card soon.

R and A has them:

at $2500.00

I’d just as soon go with a Felt DA and save 600 bucks, actually I did.

Did you get your DA in store, or did they ship it to you?

I just walked over to R and A (they’re about 5 blocks away) and bought my DA. SuperDave, everybody knows that Felt dealers aren’t allowed to ship.
