That’s me, Larry Cepuran on Bass, Glenn Poorman on Guitar and Amy Griffith our singer.

Conditioned Response… Yes, I was a rock star.

circa???

I read the band history/biography on Glenn’s website. It sounds like it was more fun than most people deserve. I wish I could have been there back in the day, but my allowance wouldn’t have convered the bus fare.

You are indeed a multi-facted individual.

O.K., I think Tom now deserves an offical fan club. What can’t this man do?

Dave from VA

It was huge. Totally out of control. Maybe not full-on “Motley Crue” out of control but pretty close.

There is just something about being a popular musician that causes people to treat you differently, so that was pretty fun.

Year’s later, one night I was driving somewhere and listening to a local raio station’s late-night “alternative music” show and heard a song that was oddly familiar. I was drumming along to it on my steering wheel and it occured to me, “Holy shit, this is me!” It was cool.

Of course, it was not that big of a deal in the grand scheme of things and much more fun in retrospect than in reality.

I have done a lot of diverse stuff though… Pretty weird, I’ve lived the lives of at least 6 people in 42 years.

"What can’t this man do? "

Couple of the basics (sorry Tom, I couldn’t resist)

  1. drink a beer

  2. find a girlfriend

Yup, can’t drink.

Finding girls doesn’t seem to be too much of an issue. It’s finding one that doesn’t fuck me over that is the problem. So I have given up.

Hmmm, I think this phot is from a show at Henry Ford Community College Auditorium with The Cramps or Rythm Method (eventually Rythm Corp) about 1985 is my guess.

"It’s finding one that doesn’t fuck me "

LOL! Got you again!

It says “fuck me over” there Captain, big difference…

new found respect… YOU PLAYED WITH THE CRAMPS… that’s cool x 2

Dude, one time The Cult had to use our bass amp because theirs detonated.

.

I don;t recall that we palyed with The Cult. Or maybe we did… I don’t remember. I think they were playing a venue after us and were having equipment issues so we lent them ours. I think they used Larry Cepuran’s Hiwatt bass amp.

That I recall we played with Rythm Method and The Cramps a few times. That was big fun. WE were always the bridesmaid, never the bride though. WE did sell enough records to break even and even make a few bucks though.
