Is there a way to calculate the power(wattage) only with data(speed, weight, elevation gain-loss, etc)?

I know, it will not be precise like a PT…

You can use that but if there is a lot of variability in the data, or just a lot of data, it’s going to be a major pain in the ass. You are also using assumptions for things like rolling resistance and aerodynamics. It may give you an idea though.
