This pic reminds of something that happened where I used to work years ago. A guy in his late 40’s started coming to work in drag. A few days later, a memo went out saying “Bill will now be called Billie”. The company ended up having to give the guy his own restroom because neither sex wanted him in theirs. I don’t know if the guy ever had the operation but he certainly wasn’t going to pass.
