I don’t use chamois cream because my crotch has gotten used to riding without it. I’ll use it if I’m going a distance that I’m not used to or if I have some irritation down there already. I’ll actually use chamois cream more often on my long runs than my long rides.

To the fans of my crotch, you should be happy to know that the folliculitis is getting better on it’s own. It isn’t causing me any more pain and it’s nearly gone.
