I think that at MIM the run MIGHT be the correct distance…
Wow. Just wow. I can only hope to be somewhere in sight at that age…
Bike definitely short, swim probably short, so add 5-6 minutes to it…still damned impressive at age 70.
How about this 70 yr old woman?

At my age of 50, that would still be a good time for me. At 70, amazing!!
Dave
I am 27, and slower than that.
Any Oly time is good if you are 70. When I’m 70, I’ll probably be eating my oatmeal through a tube.
How about this 70 yr old woman?
since all three of these people (adamsons, susan bradley-cox( are good friends, let me add a note of comfort. these people are extremely good, and yes, 70 year-olds can go that fast, as well as 50-somethings. but take heart: they’re exceptional. and…the 70 thing, at least for susan, hasn’t happened yet, and won’t until the end of the year. usat lists you as the age you’ll be anytime within the year of your birth, no matter when your birthday comes.
as a side note, check out roger brockenbbrough’s IMH times at 70.
nice, nice people. extremely talented. able. not racing ordinary 70 year-old times.
