I’m selling my bike with STI Sram Red (complete) to friend of mine and he wants to use all components in his TRI bike w/ shifters…and use the STI in other bike that have DA.

shiftmate makes it all go together without a hitch; won’t even know its there. so yes, its possible without too much trouble.

afaik, STI is a registered trade name for shimano integrated levers. SRAM’s are “double tap”. not that this changes the meat of your question, but i think what you’re asking is, will your SRAM red double tap levers work with shimano derailleurs.
