I am fairly new to racing, but I have always rode my bike and ran a lot. I just never participated in endurance races. I’m studying in Jordan and run 4 days a week and plan on doing a Half-Marathon in December, followed by the Martian Marathon in Michigan on April 14th and then race Muncie three months later. The marathon and half ironman will be my first, but I’m not shooting for a time, just to have a good time.
Do you think this is enough time to recover from my first marathon before my first half?
