Is Cancun 70.3 full?

I checked the website and it says the entry will open soon. But the race is only a couple of months away. Could it be full? I emailed and asked but was wondering if anyone had managed to sign up.

I think it’s one of many brand new venues that IMNA is adding to the 70.3 list, so I doubt they’ve taken any entries yet. Just my guess.
