Has anyone else had an issue getting a response from the ironman store? I have left a few messages over the past 6 weeks and tried calling at least three times per week. Is there any reason they are not returning my calls or not manning their phone?

The Holiday Season is for counting money and not for dealing with pesky triathletes…
On two seperate recent occasions I had to contact them about something via email, and they got back to me within 24 hours. They’ve gone out of their way to satisfy me both times as well.

As someone who calls many shops, many times, I can pass along to you that, this does happen from time to time. You’ll call a shop, and during business hours get an outbound VM message, saying as much.
eMail is often better.
I am not making excuses for these guys, it’s just that in a small shop, with two people working the sales floor and 4 customers actually in the store, the phone ringing is not something that you can deal with. Just stating a factual reality. Leave a Voice=mail if you can then follow-up with an email.

I was trying to reach ironmanstore.com. It took a little time to get a hold of someone, but the issue was resolved the best possible way. The individual I worked with was very apologetic for the issue and quickly worked to resolve the issue even over the Christmas Holiday. The person explained how the problem started and gave me a few options for how to best solve it. Despite the wait, I was very pleased with the way the issue was resolved.
