Ironman Canada Charity Slot Question

I have been trying to get someone to register me for IM Canada 2006 and everyone else is already registering someone. (For those who don’t know, you have to be there in person to register, or have someone sign up on your behalf.) So, I am thinking of doing the $1000 charity slot. Does anyone know how quickly these charity slots fill up?

And on a similar subject, what are the chances of getting the lottery on Active.com for IM Canada?

Hey Andy,

I’ve committed to being the ‘backup plan’ to another ST’er for '06 IMC registration. I’ll try to get ahold of him today and see how firm his plan is. If all is good on that end, I’ll sign you up for next year.
