Ironman Arizona Nov vs April 08 vs 09?

Hey Guys-

So I’ve heard a bunch of rumors after the unofficial announcement at CDA about the new date for IMAZ moving from April to Nov. This is a quick summary of the rumors. Please feel free to confirm anything that you’ve heard.

-'08 will host two IMAZs one in April, as planned, along with the new race in Nov
-'08 will remain as scheduled with only the April race and it will move to Nov in '09
-'08 race will be moved to Nov and remain there for years to come
-Athletes that have already registered for the arpril race will get to choose if there are two races in '08

Anything I missed?

Ok, so I guess I should have searched more before posting. I saw the other thread talking about it so I guess this serves as more of a “Bump” if there is any other info.

Yes. The race directors have confirmed that there is only the April 2008 race.
