Ironman 70.3: Providence, RI vs. Syracuse, NY. Which one is better?

Figuring out which race to do this summer. Any advice between the two? Thank you.

Syracuse. The swim is fairly clean compared to the toxic waste site for RI.

I did 'Cuse in 2010 and will be back this year. It’s a pretty well received race. Prov 70.3 gets a lot of negative feedback and criticism.

I did Cuse in '10 as well. Good venue believe it or not (it’s not the prettiest city in the world in my opinion). Challenging bike course, swim was decent, run has changed since 2010, but heard it was challenging as well. Overall, it was a good race, well organized too.
