So I get this email from my buddy Connor who I swam with in high school. Thought the video was very “on topic” and needed to be shared.

He dressed up in an Elmo suit and rode a bike, skooter, and ran 7 miles a piece. The Iron Elmo Triathalon.
it’s pretty funny, seeing this 6’5" Aussie dude dressed up in an Elmo costume, trying to do something you’d probably have to be in good shape for.
