I just finished my second 70.3 and I have an opportunity to do my first full Ironman in 5 months. I am looking for a 6 week training plan for a time-crunched athlete. I have been trying high-intensity moderate volume training for the past few months and I think that approach works for me. Due to some upcoming work and family commitments I would like to max out at 15 hours/week. There are so many options out there, if anyone could help recommend some plans for consideration I would be grateful. Thanks
Do you mean 16 week instead of 6 week?
yes 16 week (typo).

yeah, what Discreet said
(DiscreetAthlete, was that name meant to be DiscreteAthlete? )

I originally thought so myself until I checked: The words discrete and discreet are pronounced in the same way and share the same origin but they do not mean the same thing. Discrete means ‘separate’, as in a finite number of discrete categories , while discreet means ‘careful and circumspect’, as in you can rely on him to be discreet (Oxford Dictionary).

G’day mate, yet another lesson in the correct use and discrete meanings of words in my second language and I will be more discreet in suggesting error in others when the error is within me.
English and the different versions of it are anything but simple.
