My boss really messed me up last week. Se came to me with “I’m giving you more vacation time next year”, which I thought was great until she handed me a piece of paper with my vacation dates on it. Big goal for me next year is to do an iron distance race. Sorta the goal that got me into the sport 3 yrs ago. This year I turn 40 and to celebrate I am doing an iron. Problem is I know need an iron distance race the weekend of july 4th or july 10th next year. So far all I can find is Ironman Germany. The checkbook says that is out of the question. any suggestions?
They tell you when you take vacation? Does that not take the taking vacation out of taking vacation?
We recently expanded to two studios, that makes it impossible for them to cover my vacation or me to cover theirs therfore they decided to close both locations for certain weeks in the year. I’m not entirely stuck, pineman is close enough for me to do as a weekend race, but I really wanted to take a week and experience the whole ironman thing.
I just check your profile, I remembe the fitness instructor days as well. Weird things and weird times. Takes the normal out of normal schedule
