Iran has been on the verge of disaster damn near my whole life. I remember the Shah âgoing on vacationâ in 1979. The evening news saying he was in hiding, and I swore he was hiding a few houses down the street from me in Cheney WA. There was a man who looked just like the pictures I was seeing on the evening news.

It makes you wonder. Itâs a weird and empty threat considering that the Islamic Republic has been killing dissenters for a very long time. A quick google estimates that theyâve killed 2,500 protestors/dissenters over the years.
