Does anyone have experience with intra-scapular bursitis? I hope that I’m spelling it right. I woke up with a pain behind my shoulder blade, went for a run and it got so I could not breath without it hurting. Due to breathing issues my wife was somewhat insistent that I seek medical assistance. Got some moist heat, ultrasound and some Celebrex. Recommended that I stick to the bike for a couple days. Is swimming the likely suspect?
