Interval training question

what is the HR should I try to achieve in interval training. My max HR is 201. I train with the McMillan calculator but in those paces my HR only gets to around 185 max by the end of the workout. I feel great though and seem to be right at my limit with those paces. Should I worry about my HR then? I do achieve a higher HR to about 200 or so if I do hill interval workout.

If you feel great than you are not going hard enough. You should shoot for the fastest time possible while keeping the times relatively consistent for all intervals.
