My mistake. I accidentally messed up on the order. Train high-live-high was the second most efficient method followed by train low-live low and then train high-live low. The logistical issues of train low-live high make it more difficult to implement. All research points to train high-live low having no effect if not having a negative effect. Makes sense when you think about it. The time spent at altitude “training” is insignificant compared to living the rest of your 20-22 hours at sea level. Either way do what you want.
