Interesting but where does the chocolate milk for recovery fit in?
Speaking just from personal experience (and with no science whatsoever to back me up): it fits in that after a workout it tastes really freakin’ great.

Wow!

I lost about 26 pounds in about 5 months at age 43, mostly on a bagel-based diet. Didn’t need no steeenkin’ cleanse, just rode my ass off.

Great accomplishment, no doubt, but nothing really new there.
