Folks,
this is a bit of wishful thinking (as it is 45 and sunny tomorrow here in Maine), but I wondered what the interest would be for a nordic ski/skate ski clinic here in January?
I am thinking January 20 or 21 at Pineland Farms in New Gloucester Maine (2 hours from Boston, world class trails) and a second, maybe in New Hampshire somewhere (Jackson or Great Glen).
It would be focused on skating with an emphasis on :
- body position
- timing and the “the gears”
- application of power
- maybe a brief chat on Winter Tri too
Limit it to 10 folks for each clinic for some one-on-one interaction. Probably 3 hours in duration, ~20 bucks per person.
