I work as a contractor for AIG American General. From what I can gather, the turn over on agents is about 50%. On the other hand, the business people here just had a big celebration for everyone here that has been here for over 25 years. 40% of the company went. Gotta be impressed by that.
Allstate in Chicago’s north burbs wins awards every year in “best places to work” type surveys. I’m sure you can find online.
