Has anyone been dealing with recurring injuries (notably to the calf or hamstring) due to gait problems? If so, what did you do to correct the source of the problem?
I’ve had 2 years of hamstring, and now calf, problems and can’t seem to figure it out. Have tried a heel lift in the left leg that is more bow legged, but that led to ITB pain.
