Anyone else seeing this ‘Total Gym’ infomercial on tv right now? It’s on our local cable tv station, but I just saw Heather Fuhr telling me how ‘amazing’ the workout was for only 8 minutes of work…of course, decked out in full Saucony gear…
…if only Ironman training was as effective and quick.
